Post Doctoral Associate: Clinical Research Coordinator
Maya Hazimeh joined the lab as a Post-Doctoral Associate in February 2023. She obtained her B.A. in Psychology and her M.D. from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. She is interested in clinical research on mood disorders, and in advocating for access to mental health care. She plans on pursuing residency training in Psychiatry.
The Interventional Psychiatry Lab was of great interest for her as it provides the opportunity to explore novel neuromodulation therapies for treatment-resistant depression while working closely with patients.
